Country: United States of America State: New Jersey This refers to the import of cable making equipment from Singapore, the U.S customs released the equipment after examination and then re-held without delivery of the goods and finally seized. It has been less than a week now and they have not stated any reason yet. Could you please elaborate the legal status of this situation. What is the legal procedure to persuade customs to release the goods?
