Country: United States of America State: Massachusetts I was recently kicked out of the university of Hartford because I suffered from depression. The school didn’t want to be a liability so they thought it would be better to send me home 3 days before my finals, so that i can fail all my classes and lose out on 17000$. Is there anything i can do legally?

You could indeed threaten legal action--arguing that expulsion for an illness was not proper…
