Country: United States of America State: Virginia I made every effort to establish a payment plan to repay an error in overpayment made to myself. it was reported to a collection agony this was not the case their actions resulted in not being able to collect which interned allowed them to garnish my social security disability check. I have documents canceled checks to show I tried. I don't known why but I can show that their efforts where very questionable. The agency is office of personnel management federal employee retirement survives .my question is what laws have been broken and what can be done for restitution?
