stock certificate n. printed document which states the name, incorporation state, and date of incorporation, the registered number of the certificate, the number of shares of stock in a corporation the certificate represents, the name of the shareholder, the date of issuance, and the number of shares authorized in the particular issue of stock, signed by the President and Secretary of the corporation (or with facsimile signatures). On the reverse side of the certificate is a form for transfer of the certificate to another person. After transfer the new owner should register the change of ownership with the corporation. The Company intends to send shareholders, on Thursday, August 24, 2006, information on share certificates and share ownership after the stock split at the address of which the Company has been notified.
Because of this reorganization, we are asking all Utilisource shareholders to update their contact information - including name, name on the certificate, share certificate number, mailing address and telephone number via e-mail to contactus@utilisource.
Registered holders will be required to provide this transmittal letter to Mistral's transfer agent with each share certificate that is surrendered.
