Country: United States of America State: Arizona Here what happened a woman I know wanted me to move to Oklahoma and stay with her so I mailed u.s.p.s &ups my personal property on my way there she called and said don’t come out I asked her to not accept the packages that I mailed I also asked ups and uses not to deliver but she took delivery I have receipts for the items I sent and the value is over $3,000.00 I e-mailed the sheriff and couldn’t get a response I live in phoenix Arizona I also spent over $500.00 just to ship my property all I want is to get my property back she lives in Oklahoma.

Based on what you say here, you could probably file suit against her (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney.you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to her behavior.
