I fell outside my office building that located in strip mall. I am getting workman's comp. but was wondering if I would have a case & could I sue the property owners for not salting the back area by the mail boxes where I fell and broke my arm. Had to have surgery and have a metal plate and screws put in my right arm, which of course is my dominant hand.
