I sold a Mercedes 190E to a girl for $800 she is demanding I follow through with giving her some of the money back because she has to make a bunch of repairs. I never registered the car in my name because I didn't want to put money into an old car so I bought a new one , she is sending me long emails and making threats to sue me , I have a sighed document of bill of sale, can she sue me?
