Country: United States of America State: New York My son may be arrested for statutory rape. He is 17 and she is 13 the mother allowed them to see each other. I would not and they were sneaking around behind my back. The people from the school that they both go to, found a log book they were communicating with. In the book there are details of what took place between them. The school said they need to call the police on this matter. what can I do to help my son who was warned numerous time by me about her age. I love my son.
