Question

Country: United States of America State: Arizona I COSIGNED FOR A LOAN FOR MY BROTHER-IN-LAW AND WE HAVE MOVED OUT OF STATE. HE IS NOT PAYING THE LOAN NOW THAT WE A GONE.CAN I TAKE HIM TO COURT TO GET HIS WAGES GARNISHED TO PAY THE LOAN AND CAN I GET MY NAME REMOVED FROM THE LOAN. WHAT OTHER OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

Answer

Based on what you say here, you could probably file suit against him (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to his behavior...
