Country: United States of America State: Virginia I got a ticket for driving suspended with notice, I never received the notice, the ticket says that exactly like I knew that I was suspended, I was suspended for an unpaid traffic ticket. my stepfather signed for the notice from dam, I did not live there at the time, and did not speak to him or my mother. Another question is if I pay off all my fines and get my license back before trial, will the judge suspend me again?
