I got a ticket for driving suspended with notice, I never received the notice, the ticket says that exactly like I knew that I was suspended, I was suspended for an unpaid traffic ticket. my stepfather signed for the notice from dam, I did not live there at the time, and did not speak to him or my mother. Another question is if I pay off all my fines and get my license back before trial, will the judge suspend me again?

If you can show you never had notice they should suspend any fine etc. related to the driving w notice-
