Country: United States of America State: Washington Would my wife be required to testify against me as an alleged witness during a criminal court hearing. She was not involved with the supposed allegations, nor was she a victim of any such crime. She has received a subpoena by mail, she has no desire to testify in any level and is not sure why the prosecution would search to create division amongst family.

Normally she does not have to testify if she does not want to.
