My nephew committed theft of merchandise worth $450 from a department store. He did not get caught but I believe that they have him on surveillance camera committing the crime. Also, when he drove away I believe that they got his license plate number. I am unsure what to do! Can will they come looking for him or the merchandise? Can/Will they get a search warrant?

Answer

They might but usually they would do it on the spot.
