Country: United States of America State: California I got a ticket for cvc4000a (expired rag) and cvc44625 false tab. When the the police officer filled out the ticket he put in the promise to appear date as Jan 18 2005. I got the ticket on 18 decks 2005. Is there a way I can get these charges dropped due to this date error?
