I WOULD STOPPED BY THE POLICE,WHEN HE WALKED UP TO MY TRUCK HE SAID THE REASON HE STOPPED ME WAS MY REAR PLATE LIGHTS WHERE OUT.WHEN I CHECKED THEM ,THEY BOTH WHERE WORKING FINE,HE WROTE A TICKET FOR SMOETHING ELSE, IS THIS LEGAL?
