The Segway HT is the first self-balancing, electric-powered transportation device. The self-balancing, emissions-free transportation device may have coverage from some existing homeowners or auto policies--providing coverage if the device is stolen from home, for example--but no other insurance company is offering a policy with all lines of coverage, Progressive said.
