The Trustee for the Family Trustee has taken the monies that are to be distributed to my niece when she is 25 next year and broken many of the CA Probate Codes, is now banking off shore, moving to Belize on Friday 11/25/2006 and applying to become a citizen of Belize. What can we do with this information on such short notice?"

File in court and have the court freeze all accounts etc.--
