U.S. Code Annotated® A multivolume work published by West Group that contains the complete text of federal laws enacted by Congress that are included in the U.S. Code, together with case notes (known as annotations) of state and federal decisions that interpret and apply specific sections of federal statutes, plus the text of presidential proclamations and executive orders. The U.S. Code Annotated, popularly referred to by its abbreviation U.S.C.A., also includes editorially prepared research aids, such as cross-references to related statutory sections, historical notes, and library references, that facilitate research.
