USCA is urging Congress to construct supports provided by the next farm bill in a manner that is equitable among eligible crops. While the majority of the Catalina owners groups are national and focus on one model, regional "splinter" groups such as USCA couldn't care less about boat size--as long as it's a Catalina, of course. The decision makes sense since the USCA has a greater potential for developing more comprehensive records and facts which would be of assistance to the Supreme Court in its ultimate determination. |
