| The Nonprofit Integrity Act of 2004, known as SB 1262, applies new requirements on the conduct of charities, commercial fund-raisers, fund-raising counsels, unincorporated associations and trusts. It defines golf course operator as "any person, firm, corporation, partnership, unincorporated association, or other entity, whether publicly or privately owned or operated, managing any golf course. The Russel Creek Neighbors is an unincorporated association comprising not just neighbors adjacent to the proposed site for a new Armed Forces Reserve Center at McVay Highway and 30th Avenue, but students and faculty at Lane Community College, members from other neighborhood groups, and members of the community at large. |
