Country: United States of America State: California I had worked for an employer for about 2 months. Within those two months, she paid me cash. Recently she has threaten to sue me because he had over pay me $100. I did not mislead her in anyway to acquire the extra money. It was her mistake. Is she able to bring me to court? I am at fault?
