World Court

World Court n. The Court of International Justice, founded by the United Nations in 1945, which hears international disputes, but only when the parties (usually governments) agree to have the issue heard and to be bound by the decision.

Furthermore, I am sure that the World Court of Justice has never handed down a decision stating that the United Nations does have this right.
And it has subsidiaries and affiliates, like the World Court, the nascent International Criminal Court, and certain tribunals, that function as a judiciary branch.
