I phoned the Crown Office and
Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) who refused to talk to me about it.

Procurator Fiscal spokesperson said: "I would usually expect a gap of at least a week before we get something from them.
They were referred to police recently by the
procurator fiscal service.
A police spokesman said: "The matter has been investigated by the police and a report submitted to the
procurator fiscal."
A Crown Office spokesman said: "The
procurator fiscal deals with every case on its own individual facts and circumstances.
"We've had meetings with the
Procurator Fiscal but they shut the door on it and the case with the Children's Reporter is now closed.
The two men have now been reported to the
procurator fiscal."
A Crown Office spokesman said: "After further inquiry and careful consideration of all the facts and circumstances of this case, the
Procurator Fiscal has decided that no further action is required."
In a statement yesterday Ms Alexander said the Standards Commissioner had to refer the case to the
procurator fiscal automatically.
She spoke out after Dr Jim Dyer, the Scottish Parliament's standards watchdog, sent a report to the
procurator fiscal in Lothian and Borders.
Procurator fiscal depute Morag Stuart was the centre of a police probe into corrupt practices at work.
