QuestionCountry: United States of America State: Oklahoma I had a judgment filed against me for an item that occurred prior to my filing bankruptcy. I was unable to attend the hearing and the judgment was rendered. Now there is a second hearing scheduled "Motion to require judgment debtor to answer as to assets" and "Order for asset hearing".Does the bankruptcy supersede these or am I liable?Answer |
