Country: United States of America State: Hawaii My son in under 20 years old and he went to a bar with 2 of his friends and they didn't check if he's 21 or over. They served him drinks after drinks and he got into an accident on his way home because he lose control of his car. I'd like to know if the bar is responsible for the accident because they served him drinks and he is under 21 years of age. Please I need to know what to do.
