Ask a Lawyer QuestionCountry: United States of AmericaState: California I was recently in a car accident, however I was the passenger in the vehicle. The vehicle in which I was in was rear ended. I sustained a neck and back injury and was transported to the ER. I am not sure of whose insurance company to contact first and what exactly I should do to be compensated for medical bills, loss of wages and pain and suffering.
