The court heard his firm claimed to deliver "top end marketing, brand and design services" and won clients including recruitment firm Certus Sales, home entertainment providers Optoma Europe and Barnet Council in North London.
The settlement resolves a "whistle-blower" lawsuit filed against the hospital in 2004 by a former employee of Certus Corp.
