A "fusion" scenario would exist if two elected Democrats kept their party enrollment, but crossed lines to vote for Majority Leader Dean Skelos.
This fault resulted in some customers experiencing crossed lines when they were connected to another customer, rather than the intended party.
We all appreciate that the white crossed lines are a designated no-go area but a lot of motorists just ignore them.
