Strategies employed during debriefs include setting up an environment away from distractions, ensuring adequate seating arrangements, and if possible having tea and coffee facilities. These debriefs always remind me of my own experience with the Hotel Team Patrols and show the enthusiasm of the newcomers to do their best to help improve the whole area. A half-day was added at the end of each workshop to address program-unique issues brought up during the simulation debriefs. |
