Dawn Wilson, of Barnt Green, near Bromsgrove, spoke only to enter a guilty plea at Hereford Crown Court to failing to discharge a duty as an employer under the Health and Safety at Work Act Wilson, wife of UB40's Terence "Astro" Wilson, was cleared of the manslaughter of Cameron Lindsay at an earlier hearing.
Banks and Co (Farming) Ltd, of West Grantum Farm, New Cut Lane, Birkdale, Southport, -- of failing to discharge a duty under the Health and Safety at Work Act of ensuring the boy was not exposed to risk.
Network Rail and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services Ltd have also been summonsed for offences of manslaughter and for failure to discharge a duty under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
