I believe that with the establishment of a firm infrastructure, Liverpool will definitely be able to sustain and improve on its current levels of growth beyond 2008.
Assembly action The Assembly on 18 December commended the efforts made by Central American countries to achieve peace, through the implementation of the agreement on "Procedures for the establishment of a firm and lasting peace in Central America", signed at Guatemala City on 7 August 1987, as well as of agreements adopted at subsequent summit meetings.
These include requirements of representative transaction recommendations; principal review and approval obligations for all transactions; firm supervisory procedures; establishment of a firm training program; and maintenance of a record-keeping system to document all client communication.
