Question

Country: United States of America

I have lost my driver's license and I need to get another one but I am afraid I might be arrested when I go to apply. My question is: Does this warrant leave the state of Texas? If I go to get an ID in Oklahoma, will they find the warrant out of Texas and if so, will I be arrested and held?

Answer

Often the states do not communicate that info, especially tot he DMV--but you cannot be 100 percent certain unfortunately...
