GENEVA, Sept 17 (KUNA) -- Human Rights Watch (HRW) has urged Israel, Hamas, and relevant United Nations bodies to promptly implement the recommendations of the UN fact-finding mission led by Justice Richard Goldstone on the recent Gaza war and bring to justice those responsible for serious violations of the laws of war.
PNN - Several human rights organizations support the work and recommendations of the United Nations fact-finding mission that issued its results in a report on Tuesday.
A fact-finding team sent to eastern DR Congo last month to look into allegations of sexual abuse by UN peacekeepers found no evidence that such offenses took place, the military chief of the UN mission in DRCongo said.
