Question

Country: United States of America State: Texas My husband just found out that he's been charged(warrant) with a felony " false information to obtain credit" and has no clue from where this came????? We recently filed for bankruptcy, and there was some secured merchandise to be returned. Could that be it ? How can we find out? And what exactly is the crime?

Ask the charging office to explain what is happening; it could be many different things...but they will know…
