The Springfield Democrat on Tuesday brought to the Senate floor a follow-up plan to expand the voter-created prescription drug purchasing pool.
It is important to have a follow-up plan, which may include e-mailing or a phone call.
Even when we're engrossed in a great conversation with someone it is perfectly polite to leave something for next time and close your conversation with a follow-up plan in order to move on and talk with someone else.
