Question

Country: United States of America State: California I was just caught driving on a suspended license, but the bad thing is, is this is going to be my fourth offense of driving on a suspended lisence. And not only that but I am also on summary probation. My other offenses are not paid off yet either, I am slowly making payments to pay off the 7,500 dollars I owe in fines. Am I definitely going to do jail time? And if so, how long do you think I will do?

Answer

It will be difficult to avoid it--it may only be a few weeks or so...unless you have already served minor time for the same thing…
