Question

Country: United States of America State: Colorado I am wondering if it os possible to ever get hunting privileges back if I have a felony...It is for possession of marijuana class 5 I think...It was around 1996

Answer

Sometimes yes--You may as a first step call the clerk of the court that was involved to see if an exception can be made or if the offense may be totally or partially sealed, expunged, cleared etc. The clerk will normally know, and will often help direct you if it is indeed possible.
