Question

Country: United States of America State: Pennsylvania My husband bought our home before we were married, we have just refinanced the loan and my name is on the mortgage, but not on the deed. my question is if my husband dies without a will, will I be able to just keep paying on the mortgage and keep the house or if it's already paid for then, will I get the house without any legal problems?

Answer

Normally yes but it would be much better and clearer if you are listed on the deed too--
