Question

Country: United States of America
State: Kentucky

I have been asked by an attorney to be made beneficiary of 81 million dollars. He says that he can make me the beneficiary of this account and that know one knows about this account except him and his client. He helped her to set up this account in another persons name who does not exist to keep it from being discovered by his government. She died in a plane crash shortly after setting up this account and expressed to him that she wanted the money used to do the works of God prior to her death. AS she has been doing for many years. She left no will and the account is open. Can he legally make someone beneficiary to this account? Further more he says there is no risk involved in this transaction.
