Question

Country: United States of America
State: Minnesota

I have lost my license to drive because I had tickets for no insurance and could not pay them for a long while(no job). Now I'm trying to get it back and one of the conditions is to have insurance. I don't know how to dothat because I have no license(and no car) I don't know what to do!

Answer

You can still get insurance--for when you are driving others cars, rental cars etc. --or even for a car you intend to buy.
