Question

Country: United Kingdom State: Ohio I have a unique situation and need some advise. A person with a mental illness who is on medication and was diagnosed in the past. Normally this person is normal with the medication. This person became injured and was inconstant pain triggering a physicists. The person then not thinking rationally because of this does an illegal action to stop his pain and gets caught in the process. Can he be accountable for his actions and prosecuted?

Answer

It will be a defense if he was not mentally aware...
