| Operating from a single building model shared by all the building assessment applications, it saves time and minimises errors. The use of factor score regression weights obtained from the confirmatory factor analysis one-factor models minimises measurement error in the items contributing to each scale, thus increasing the reliability (and validity) of the computed scale scores. I've got two main objectives which I hope to translate into nursing practice: to develop a risk management tool that minimises and prevents those events occurring; and, to develop a framework of support for nurses. |
