Question

Country: Canada
State: Ontario

My 19 year old step-daughter has a student loan account for her university schooling. Her mother and step-father co-signed on this account. Her mother has been regularly withdrawing money on this account(approx. $4000.00)My question is. Can the mother legally do this. the money is not going to the child...and can the child do anything to stop this before she is responsible for anymore money owning. Thank you, this is very important as this is allot of money going missing to the mother

Answer
