Question

Country: United States of America
State: California

I live in an apartment in Santa Clara County. I have very noisy neighbors who live below me. I have called security, police, and landlord multiple
times but the noise continues every night. Music and parties that have lasted for days. I have tried to ask them to keep it down and get attacked verbally. The lack of sleep is affecting my health, my work, and my emotional well being. I have talked to the landlord about this and she has done nothing to help. What else can I do besides move?

Answer

The police can intervene--otherwise you should indeed leave.
