Davutoglu was in Afghanistan on Thursday to attend Afghan President Hamid Karzai's oath-taking ceremony.
The oath-taking ceremony was attended, besides others, by US Foreign Secretary Hillary Clinton, Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari, several political parties leaders from Pakistan, ambassadors of various countries, senior diplomats and elected members of the two houses of the Afghan parliament.
