Ask a Lawyer QuestionCountry: United States of AmericaState: All States/Provinces My boyfriend bought a blazer 3yrs ago and just found out that there was a roll back on the odometer which he was not told about. He tried to refine the loan and they told him no because of this. Is there anything that he can do? AnswerBased on what you say here, you could probably file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office. How to thank TFD for its existence?
