Ask a Lawyer

Question

Country: United Kingdom
State: All States/Provinces

Hi would really appreciate it if you could help me with my assignment question which is "Discuss the proposition that whilst the law making powers of parliament are legally and theoretically without limit, in practice, moral, political and economic constraints curtail parliament's powers to legislate.

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the volume of issues we receive, we are currently unable to use free attorney time for academic questions. There should be other articles on the Internet however.
