IF GORDON BROWN thinks that we are going to fall for all the promises he is making in this Queen's Speech and suddenly decide to keep his party in power when it comes to the General Election, then he really is a fool.
The system is designed to prevent the party in power from having an unfair advantage in an election campaign.
If the Welsh voter wants a Labour, Conservative, Lib Dem or Plaid party in power down the Bay, it is up to each party themselves to ply for our vote, not rely on the political old boys' act to prop each other up.
