Bartells works with 26 different craft unions in multiple states, the company must be able to conduct hourly and salaried payrolls that require worker's compensation, taxes and benefits for a specific employee who may have worked on multiple jobs in multiple states within the same payroll period. All entries were judged by the subcommittee chairs of APA's Large Employer Task Force, who represent a wide cross section of companies with payrolls of 10,000 or more employees.
