Section two was a modified version of personality assessment instrument by Robinson, Shaver and Wrightsman (1991).

Gough (1981) derived a Creativity Index based on research into the relationship between Myers-Briggs typology and creativity at the Institute for Personality Assessment and Research (IPAR).
