Currently, the actual system of military courts consists of 10 Okrug Military Courts, 3 Naval Courts and 138 Military Presidia Courts, in which more than 700 judges are on employ (about a quarter of them are on employ in the Okrug Courts and more than 70%-in the Military Presidia Courts).
